2. Identify current pain points the user has using your platform -> those are always the starting points of where the user leaves the journey and / or starts to behave wrong
3. Identify best-in-class platforms as inspiration
4. Identify wanted and not-wanted behaviour of the user at each phase of the journey
5. Define required rules / norms to promote wanted behaviour
6. Define governance mechanism to help you to avoid and / or penalize wrong behaviour
