HOW TO
  1. Define the timespan of the 3 phases (horizons) -> e.g. 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year.
  2. Decide which side (consumer / producer) you want to start first and define the customer segment and the value proposition
  3. Go to next phase and define which customer segments come next
  4. Continue until phase 3
  5. Do a cross check if the sequence makes sense
